Mindfulness and Emotional Wellbeing

Pain and suffering is predictable in life. It deteriorates Emotional wellbeing. Robert Beatty is a Buddhist Dharma teacher and psychotherapist. He has decades of experience in teaching mindfulness skills that allows calmed and focused investigation of the body, feelings, and consciousness. We will discuss the principles of mindfulness and how they help develop insight into our distress. We will look at how mindfulness meditation can relieve stress, promotes physical and emotional health, allows healing of psychological and emotional wounds, and nurtures the development of wisdom and compassion.
